The River 68’s are set to return to Café Continental (Gourock) as part of the ‘Best of the Beat Clubs’ Christmas celebrations on Thursday, December 22nd. The evening will include the best of this year’s acts that have appeared at the club throughout 2011. The River 68’s will be joined by fellow Glasgow band The Imagineers with more fantastic bands to be announced. Entry to the night is free and is sure to get you in the festive mood.

No Half Measures GoGoBot have been invited to help the city of Glasgow gear up for its New Year celebrations by taking part in the ‘Glasgow Loves Christmas Festival’ in the Hear Glasgow Marquee, George Square on Thursday, December 29th. Great news is the festival is free and GoGoBot will be joining a line up of some of the city’s best new emerging artists over five weeks of musical festivities. To get you in the Christmas mood why not listen to the bands very own seasonal tune ‘The Turkey’s Getting Dry’, perfect to wrap presents to.

No Half Measures We Are Here’, the sixth and final single to be taken from the highly acclaimed ‘See Saw Series’ is OUT NOW! The track can be downloaded along with the b-side ‘Potential’ from iTunes, Play.com, Amazon, HMV & 7 Digital.
To coincide with the release of the single and the finale of the See Saw Series, GoGoBot will be playing two prominent shows this week. First up, the band will make their London debut on Wednesday (30 Nov) at 229 where you can actually add yourself to the free guestlist!
Then on Friday (02 Dec) GoGoBot will headline a great bill at the renowned King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut in Glasgow where they’ll be joined by ‘Brown Bear & the Bandits’, and ‘Queen Jane’. Tickets are going fast for Tut’s, so grab the last remaining few to avoid disappointment. Further details for these gigs are below.
